Psychological Monitoring and Support

We offer psychological support and personalized follow-up for young people facing personal or professional challenges

Our psychological monitoring and support program is designed to accompany young people and women in their personal and professional development. We provide a safe and confidential space to discuss challenges, overcome obstacles, and develop resilience skills to thrive in all aspects of life.

Our services include: individual counseling, support groups, stress management workshops, career coaching, and personalized development plans.

Youth Leaders Initiative for Africa (YLI4A) is an initiative of African leaders born out of a reflection on the future of young Africans in April 2024. One of these priorities is to strengthen and promote young people and women in Africa through training, capacity building, entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation... to enable youth to develop their full potential on the African continent.
